By Road
From the North (M25)
- Laytons Guildford office is situated by the entrance to the Bedford Road car park, which is one of the town centre's main public car parks.
- Exit the M25 motorway at Junction 10 onto the A3.
- Remain on the A3 for seven miles and leave at the slip road marked A320 for Guildford.
- Turn left at the first set of traffic lights at the bottom of the slip road.
- As you turn left move over into the right hand lane before you come to the second set of traffic lights.
- Turn right and follow the dual carriage way past the fire station on your left had side.
- Move into the left hand lane as you approach the traffic lights and turn left at the car showroom.
- Go straight over the mini-roundabout and under the railway bridge.
- Go straight over the large roundabout and into the right hand lane to join the central gyratory system.
- Follow the road round in a circle passing through two sets of traffic lights.
- As you come to the third set of traffic lights move into the lane marked “Station”.
- Stay in the left-hand lane past the station entrance and follow the road down Bridge Street. The Friary Shopping Centre will be facing you.
- Follow the road round to the left through more traffic lights and take the immediate first left – Bedford Road.
- Tempus Court is the curved building facing you on the corner of Bedford Road. The nearest public car park is on Bedford Road.
From the South (A3)
- Leave the northbound A3 at the University of Surrey exit.
- At the first roundabout take the fourth exit which takes you under the A3.
- At the second roundabout take the third exit and follow the road down through Onslow Village (approx. 1 1.2 miles) towards Guildford centre.
- Turn left at the roundabout and keep in the lane marked A322 (on the left).
- Stay in the left hand lane past the station entrance and follow the road down Bridge Street. The Friary Shopping Centre will be facing you.
- Follow the road round to the left through more traffic lights and take the immediate first left – Bedford Road.
- Tempus Court is the curved building facing you on the corner of Bedford Road. The nearest public car park is on Bedford Road.
By Rail
Guildford is on the main London Waterloo/Portsmouth line. Tempus Court is a five minute walk from the station. To reach Laytons Guildford Office, follow signs corner of Bedford Road and Onslow Street, adjacent to Bedford Road Car Park.
