We have extensive experience of protecting some of the world’s best-known brands from attack.  At the outset, we can assist you to obtain information and evidence of offenders’ unlawful conduct.  We can then deploy a full armoury or a combination of the weapons available to brand owners.  We regularly obtain injunctions or undertakings to the court, requiring the offender to modify their behaviour on pain of criminal sanctions such as fines, asset seizures or imprisonment.  We can secure awards of damages and costs.  Other means of action available include private prosecutions and liaison with Trading Standards Officers for public prosecutions.
