Dispute Resolution - Regulatory Issues

We have substantial experience of advising in connection with regulatory matters including the Property Misdescriptions Act, HGV Transport and Operator Licensing together with Proceeds of Crime Acts matters. 

We are members of the Freight Transport Association and represent one of the largest independent freight forwarders in the UK on an application by the Vehicle Inspectorate to impose sanctions as a result of over 100 alleged breaches of its Operator Licence.
