Ben Crichton

Ben is a Solicitor in the National Corporate and Commercial group, based in the Guildford office. His work focuses on company and business purchases and sales, financings, reorganisations and general commercial contract work across a broad range of business sectors, often involving investment from overseas; shareholder arrangements and joint ventures; employment documentation.

Ben's work also covers work permit applications for UK employers, and business immigration and highly skilled migrant worker applications for people wanting to set up in business, or to join an existing business, in the UK (including under the new Tier 2 Points Based System operated by the UK Border Agency).
