Claire Beaumont

Claire is an Associate Partner in the National Property group and is based in the Manchester office. Her work and expertise encompasses all aspects of commercial property work including:

• Negotiating and drafting leases and underleases

Claire is also Chairman for the Northern Branch of The Association of Women in Property, a national organisation that seeks to encourage women into the property sector, both by providing a forum for professionals and by encouraging aspiring talent in students. In addition to networking events, the organisation runs annual student awards in conjunction with local universities and also a mentoring programme for professionals.
