Because we expect you to be part of the team from day one, we only recruit strong graduates who are capable of developing expert technical skills and applying common sense. Whilst academic qualifications are important (we look for a strong academic background and at least a 2:1), we place equal precedence on selecting well-rounded individuals, who have a sense of humour, and who will fit in well with the team.
