Your Problems Solved

While we're good at solving problems, our philosophy is to avoid problems wherever possible. As in all our transactional and management work, our approach is to avoid lengthy litigation by seeking commercial and practical solutions. We are experienced in arbitration and mediation.

Corporate Recovery

We also work on the property aspects of insolvency matters, acting for administrators, administrative receivers, liquidators, and Law of Property Act receivers as well as trustees in bankruptcy.

Industry Involvement

We are actively involved in the sector as members of the Housebuilders Federation and we hold regular events to support local Developers such as the Guildford Property Club. We regularly produce newsletters and factsheets for our clients to ensure they are completely up to date on legislation relevant to them.
