• Advising on Articles 101 and 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and the Chapter l and ll Prohibitions in UK Competition Law and relevant exemptions
• Advising on compliance programmes
• Acting for parties subject to investigations and inquiries by competition authorities
• Acting for clients accused of cartel activity
• Advising on leniency applications
• Acting for clients subject to dawn raids by the competition authorities
• Advising on merger clearance in both the UK and EU in respect of corporate M&A transactions
• Bringing and defending claims involving Competition Law issues
