Dilini handles a wide range of employment work both advisory and contentious including compromise agreements, employment contracts, employment policies, grievance matters, restrictive covenants and Employment Tribunal litigation. Her recent employment work includes successfully defending a claim for unlawful deductions from wages, securing a Cost Order against two claimants and exiting company directors.
In her pension role, Dilini undertakes advisory work for both employer and trustee clients. Her recent pension work includes advising on pension warranties in a corporate transaction, carrying out pensions due-diligence, drafting scheme documentation and advising in respect of benefit equalisation. Dilini has also written a guide on Pensions Auto Enrolment.
Before joining, Dilini worked as a case-worker and clerk at the London Employment Tribunals for the Ministry of Justice and also worked as a pension and employment paralegal at a large city firm.
