Sven specialises in cases involving insolvency (company and personal), commercial contract disputes (including claims for breach of restrictive covenants), debt recovery and professional negligence.

 

Sven is experienced in acting for a wide range of clients including private individuals, listed companies and on behalf of various local authorities.

Sven has also acted for commercial lenders, financial institutions and creditors in addition to insolvency practitioners in respect of a variety of insolvency matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
