As a leading institution, the London Court of International Arbitration provides impartial administration of arbitration and other ADR proceedings. The international nature means its services are reflected in the fact that, typically, over 80% of parties in pending LCIA cases are not of English nationality.

With access to the most eminent and experienced arbitrators, LCIA’s dispute resolution services are available to all contracting parties, without any membership requirements.

John’s appointment reflects the growing pedigree of the Layton’s Disputes Team in international arbitration work.
