Katherine qualified as a Solicitor into the Family & Matrimonial Team at Laytons in September 2021.
She completed her training predominantly in Family Law and assists the team on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious Family Law matters, including:
Divorce and dissolution
Financial proceedings
Nuptial agreements
Surrogacy and fertility
Child arrangements disputes
Non-molestation and occupation orders
Before joining Laytons as a Trainee Solicitor in 2019, Katherine studied Law at Durham University and completed the LPC LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law.
