Following the 2018 Women and Equalities Select Committee (WESC) report on sexual harassment in the workplace the Government has published a detailed response.

1 July 2021 saw the end of the grace period since the UK left the European Union. EEA and Swiss citizens now require immigration status in the UK, in the same way as other foreign nationals. To avoid a penalty, employers need a statutory excuse to employ a foreign national and comply with the correct paperwork and procedures.
