Adele Edwards is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Investment & Finance Department. She joined Laytons ETL in March 2024 following her qualification as a Solicitor in September 2021.
Adele advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including the acquisition and disposal of investment properties, landlord and tenant transactions, lease renewals and extensions, the grant and surrender of leases, licences, property finance, and general asset management matters.
She acts for a diverse client base, including private individuals, companies, charities and trusts, providing commercially focused advice tailored to each client's objectives. Adele is known for her personable approach and commitment to delivering practical, efficient solutions, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and effectively.
