Daniel is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial team, providing a general advisory role over many years to UK and overseas individuals, families and corporate clients across varying sectors. He acts in relation to a wide range of commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions and secured lending transactions. Daniel acts as trustee for several charitable bodies.

Notable work:

  • advising a listed European food group and separately a dual-listed European clothing company on the acquisition of UK assets and shares

  • advising a family office on its investments made into UK and European private equity and infrastructure funds

  • advising an investor in relation to a significant shareholding acquisition of an AIM-listed natural resources company

  • financing and refinancing of various luxury assets including super-prime properties for resident and non-resident UK private clients
