David is a Consultant in the Commercial and Corporate team and focuses on corporate finance.
He has particular experience in venture capital investments, acting for both investees and funds, and in the structuring of venture capital funds. David is also a director of a Canadian contract research organisation that provides specialist consultancy services to aid the development of novel therapeutics and diagnostics for Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders. In his spare time, David runs a small independent record label.
