Emma is an Associate in our Private Wealth & Philanthropy team, supporting the Partners with a broad range of duties including Probate Applications, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, Payments of Unclaimed Funds into the Court Funds Office and general Trust, Estate and Charity Administration. Emma also assists our Disputes team with contentious trust and probate work.
Before joining Laytons, Emma studied History at the University of Southampton and has since completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the SQE 1 and 2 with BPP University whilst working full time and competing on the national and international Showjumping circuit.
