Kloarba joined Laytons ETL in June 2023 as an Associate in the Trusts, Tax and Estates department also known as the Private Client team.
She advises on a mixed private client work, including the preparation of wills, administration of estates, Inheritance Tax account, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.
Kloarba acquired over three years’ experience at a Genealogist and Probate Research firm, whereby she was the project developer of a new department pertaining to Court Funds Office unclaimed funds. In addition, she advised on intestate administration, within a separate department of the same firm.
