Family lawyers Christine Barker and Liz Bottrill are acting for Lauren Simon in respect of her ongoing financial claims against her husband.
The high-profile case, recently featured in the Manchester Evening News, involves Mrs Simon, one of the stars of the TV show Cheshire Housewives. It has progressed to the Court of Appeal, where her husband argues that the decision made by the judge in the High Court last year was inherently discriminatory against him.
