Will is particularly strong in connection with real estate disputes, contentious intellectual property matters (especially brand protection and anti-counterfeiting), cross-border disputes, professional negligence and shareholder claims.
Will speaks fluent French and German, and has a degree in French Law (Maîtrise en Droit Privé) from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He has spoken at seminars in the UK, France and Germany.
Will chairs the firm’s Risk and Quality Committee and acts as the firm’s Complaints Officer.
