We are delighted to announce that Kathryn Beasley has been promoted to a Partner.
Kathryn joined Laytons in 2011 as a trainee, and qualified as a solicitor in 2013.
Her experience includes advising on a range of corporate matters specialising in M&A, corporate finance transactions, employee share schemes and general corporate and company law matters.
Kathryn has been an Associate Partner since 2018, and we look forward to seeing what she achieves as she continues to progress through the ranks, and into her new position.
