We are delighted to announce that with effect from 1 August 2022, Ben Thorogood has been appointed Partner. Having trained at the firm and progressed through the ranks, Ben is looking forward to this new opportunity to contribute to the success of the firm.
Ben has considerable experience handling commercial litigation and contractual disputes, partnership, LLP and shareholders’ disputes, professional negligence claims and corporate insolvency matters. Ben works closely with his clients to assess and resolve their disputes, whether through court proceedings, arbitration, mediation or negotiated settlement.
