Employment Limits Ready Reckoner for 2023/2024

April is always marked as a busy time of the year for employment lawyers and HR professionals having to adjust to increased limits for awards.

Below we have set out the new limits for:

  1. The National Living & Minimum Wages applicable as of 1st April 2023

  2. The Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order 2023 - applicable as of 6th April 2023 – selected provisions only

  3. The Annual Update from the Presidents of the Employment Tribunals to the Vento guidelines 2023 applicable as of 6th April 2023

The guidelines give ranges for injury to feelings awards in discrimination cases, depending on severity.
